Product Warranty
"FLAG APEX" Ltd. provides the usual guarantee of quality and reliability of all LED lighting and power supplies for home use for a period of 24 months from the date of sale for individuals and 12 months for legal entities, unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty we provide to distributors and retailers also extends to their customers indirectly - when presenting a register of claims.
The guarantee is valid upon presentation of a commercial document certifying the purchase - receipt or invoice, and the product in its original packaging with a sticker and serial number that identifies it. If the customer does not present the cited documents to verify the purchase from us and that the product is in warranty period, the guarantee is not valid. We as supplier (seller) or our authorized service centers shall remedy the problem or replace the advertised goods with the same or similar in terms of technical parameters within 14 working days from the arrival of the goods in the service/store of the company.
If a longer term is required, the guarantee is extended by as many days as the customer's compensation lasts, minus 7 days. Defective goods are not grounds for warranty replacement. Replacement is carried out only after establishing the impossibility of repairing the defect at the discretion of the Supplier or manufacturer.
The original warranty period remains regardless of whether the product has been repaired or replaced. The SUPPLIER is not responsible for loss of profit or consequential losses and damages as a result of a defective product.
Shipping costs and risks for returns and exchanges are at the buyer's expense! The warranty is not valid: - in case of damage or external impact on the product of water, solvents, aggressive chemicals, mechanical shocks, high temperature, changes in mains power supply, static electricity, exposure to direct sunlight and others, regardless of whether the product has been turned on or not.
-In case of non-observance of the prescribed mode of installation and operation.
- in case of intervention by the client or a third party in the product scheme, change of parameters and appearance, incl. cut or replaced power cords.
-in case of non-compliance with the prescribed class of protection and storage, when operating it in aggressive environments.
- in case installation of lighting and power supplies was accomplished by persons not authorized by us or unqualified persons, in cases where current circuits and installations with LED lighting are designed and installed.
- in the case of transport defects and damaged integrity of the goods - broken glass, punctured or cracked casing, cut or replaced power cables, in the event that there is no ascertainment protocol drawn up by the courier delivering the shipment
